What drives the price of a ventilation or air conditioning installation in Morocco

There is no reliable price per square metre in industrial ventilation: the budget for an installation is driven first by the airflow to be handled (in m³/h) and the pressure to be overcome, then by the length and cross-section of the duct network, the level of filtration required, the applicable regulatory constraints (smoke ventilation, ATEX, food processing) and site access conditions. That is why we price after a site survey rather than quoting a generic range that would commit us to nothing useful. Our quotation is free, carries no obligation and reaches you within 48h.

The six items that drive the budget

  • Airflow and pressure: they set the size of the fan box or air handling unit, and therefore the main equipment line item.
  • The duct network: length, cross-sections, material (galvanised steel, stainless), number of fittings and how difficult the installation is.
  • The level of filtration: a G4 + F7 arrangement does not carry the same capital or running cost as H13 absolute filtration.
  • Regulatory constraints: EN 12101-3 rated smoke extraction, ATEX installations or food-industry requirements all push equipment costs up.
  • Controls: variable speed drives, CO or CO₂ sensors, BMS integration — an upfront cost often repaid by the energy it saves.
  • Site and access: installation height, working in an occupied building, night work or work during a production shutdown.

What to send us for a fast price

  • The type and floor area of the spaces concerned, plus the ceiling height.
  • The activity carried out and the number of people present, or the list of appliances for a commercial kitchen.
  • Any drawings you have, however rough, and photos of the existing installation.
  • Known constraints: building classification, client requirements, upcoming audits.

Frequently asked questions

How much does an industrial ventilation installation cost in Morocco?

The budget is driven first by the airflow to be handled and the pressure to be overcome, which together set the size of the equipment, then by the length and cross-section of the duct network, the level of filtration required, the applicable regulatory constraints (smoke ventilation, ATEX, food processing) and site access conditions. A serious price therefore needs a site survey. AZ Ventilation issues a free, no-obligation quotation within 48h.

Is the quotation chargeable?

No. The study and the quotation are free and carry no obligation, including where a site survey is needed to measure the premises and record the existing constraints.

How quickly will I get a reply?

We answer every enquiry within 48h. For projects that need a site survey, that first reply sets the survey date and states what to have ready; the detailed pricing follows the survey.

Do you work outside Casablanca?

Yes. AZ Ventilation is based in Casablanca and works across the whole of Morocco, with regular coverage of Rabat, Marrakesh, Fez, Tangier and Agadir for installation as well as maintenance.

What should I send you for a fast price?

The type and floor area of the premises with the ceiling height, the activity carried out and the number of people present (or the list of cooking appliances for a commercial kitchen), any drawings even if rough, photos of the existing installation, plus the constraints you already know about: building classification, your own client's requirements, upcoming audits.
